About the Founder

Lee didn't build Iron Wasteland because it was the plan. She built it because the plan fell apart, and what came after was better anyway.

A single mom since her second trimester, navigating health challenges that made conventional work impossible, she had every reason to play it safe. She didn't. Instead she asked herself what she actually wanted her life to look like for her, and for her son and started building it.

Iron Wasteland started as a creative outlet and turned into something bigger: a brand for women who are loud about who they are and unapologetic about how they got there.

Feral For Life

Not a tagline, it’s a lifestyle.

The Brand

Iron Wasteland didn't come from one thing. It came from all of them.

Textile art, tattoo design, fashion, and a lifestyle that never really fit inside the lines — Lee has always had too many interests to pick just one. So she didn't. Iron Wasteland is what happens when you stop trying to compartmentalize and just build the thing that holds it all together.

The store is the start. But the real goal is showing up in person — car shows, markets, festivals, the places where this community gathers. See you out there.
